we did the beep test today,and OH NOOOOOOO ! i did better than i meant to :( you see, i was meant to do shit this time, so that when i do it again at the end of the year its like 'wow she improved !' :D but ... i got 7, which might not be so much for some people, but for me ... ITS LIKE MY GOAL ! and now i have to beat it
